God designed for our lives to be lived in community and service of each other. Here are some ways you can get involved in our church family.
The welcome ministry exists to create an environment where people truly feel comfortable coming to church.
SET-UP & BREAKDOWN
The set-up and breakdown ministries aid in preparing the building each morning for service.
The Worship team reminds our church family of the great value of our God, by praising God for who He is and what He has done.
Nursery (Ages 0-2)
The nursery gives an opportunity for parents to leave their children with a trusted person so they can focus on God’s message that week.
Preschool (Ages 3-4)
The Pre-Kindergarten Kid’s Way class gives younger students an opportunity to enjoy church while introducing them to the basics of God’s word
Kids Way (Ages K-5th)
Our Kid’s Way program is not only highly enjoyable, but they will receive and impactful lesson that helps in their development of their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our Middle School ministry give students an opportunity to grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ, through biblical teachings, small group discussions and lots of activities and events.
Our High School ministry will equip students to have a biblical perspective as they navigate through High School, but will also help them develop a personalized faith that is active and they can communicate to others.
Audio Visual (A/V)
The A/V Ministry runs all the audio and video production for Sunday services. From running the sound board to displaying slides, this team makes sure the A/V production of each service runs smoothly.
We truly believe life is better in community, but too often we don't make the time for the community we desperately need.
Our Women’s groups focus on bringing Women together in community with a common goal of growing together in Jesus Christ.
Our Men’s groups focus on bringing Men together in community with a common goal of growing together in Jesus Christ, while in fellowship and serving the community.
Being in community is vital to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Community develops bonds that are with each other during times of triumph and adversity.
Christ’s primary model for growth was through discipleship, being either one on one or in a small group. Christ used this time to personally invest in His followers.
Serving the community and meeting the needs of the community is another of the goals we have at The Way.
Outreach and First Friday are our primary first connections into the community. By being visible in the community we can lead the Warrenton area in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our care ministry exists to meet the needs of our community in their times of need. By providing meals, prayer, and other necessities, the care ministry makes sure those who are in need are cared for and loved.
